ST. CLOUD REAR END CRASH INJURY – CAR ACCIDENT LAWYERS
The Minnesota State Patrol reported a fatal crash near St. Cloud Tuesday night. The accident was caused by a Fargo driver. According to Sergeant Jesse Grabow, a two-car accident took place shortly after 8:27 p.m. It was in Stearns County MN on Interstate 94 at mile post 176. A Ford Expedition and a Ford F150 were both westbound. Suddenly, the F150 rear-ended the Expedition, launching it forward. Then, the Expedition went into the right ditch and rolled over several times prior to coming to a final rest.
The State Patrol said a 37-year-old woman who was driving the Expedition died in the crash. In addition, four children in the car of were taken to the St. Cloud Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. One of the children was not wearing their seatbelt. The person driving the Ford F150 did not sustain any injuries. The reason for this rear-end collision was not given. However, whatever the reason for this St. Cloud car accident, the consequences are tragic. Our lawyers know that these auto accidents are usually caused by driver inattention or distraction.
