SOMETHING FELL OFF TRUCK HIT CAR – ACCIDENT LAWYERS MN
A Wahpeton MN man was recently taken by ambulance to CHI St. Francis in Breckenridge, Minnesota, after being extricated from his vehicle following a multi-vehicle accident. The accident was caused when a vehicle was rear ended on the 210 Bypass, pushed off the road and hit a car parked in the driveway of a nearby home.
According to the MN State Patrol, the car that started the accident was passing a truck on the bypass.The truck driver was picking up a load of foam wrapping that had flown off his flatbed delivery truck. The police said that although the load was secured, it was also shrink-wrapped. The shrink wrap ‘gave way’ prior to the accident and material fell off the truck. When the car came around the payloader truck, the driver saw the other car stopped in the driving lane of Highway 210 waiting to make its turn. Unfortunately, it was too late to avoid the accident.
