Hit By Car Crossing Street in Crosswalk MN Lawyer

It was reported online yesterday that a 47-year-old Stewartville woman is in critical condition after she was hit by a vehicle in Rochester Friday morning. Police said a preliminary investigation has revealed that the woman was walking across 2nd Street using the crosswalk at 18th Ave. SW when she was hit by a car.  A vehicle in the right lane had stopped to let her cross and a second car in the left lane reportedly did not see her and struck her in the crosswalk.

The preliminary investigation revealed that neither alcohol nor other intoxicants are believed to be a factor, but police reiterate those are preliminary investigation results. Police said the woman was taken by Gold Cross to Saint Mary’s and at last word was listed in critical condition.
