Pam Rochlin and David Rochlin both graduated law school from the University of Minnesota. We have been practicing law in Minnesota for over 25 years. Pam Rochlin is a former partner at Meshbesher & Spence, where she gained big firm experience. She opened her own firm with husband David Rochlin to provide more personal attention to her clients. Pam has served as president of the Minnesota Consumer Alliance, and was on the Board of Governors for the Minnesota Association for Justice for ten years. She also served as the 2014-2015 president of the Minnesota Women Lawyers Association. Pam has been invited to speak and write articles many times for other lawyers to help them learn more about personal injury law. She has been named a Minnesota ‘Super Lawyer’ every year since 2003.
David Rochlin received his undergraduate degree from Northwestern University and graduated with honors from the University of Minnesota Law School. He was a sole practitioner for 9 years before forming the law partnership with Pam in 1999. David is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association and has served as chair of the Solo Small Firm Practice Section. He is a past board member at Shir Tikvah synagogue. He has successfully represented many large and small businesses in collection cases as well as individuals in disputes with insurance companies.
