David Rochlin is an accomplished Minnesota attorney. Over the past 25 years he has represented hundreds of people and businesses in contested personal injury and business cases. An entrepreneur at heart, David opened his own law practice in 1990 after graduating with honors from the University of Minnesota Law School. He immediately began aggressively litigating cases for businesses that were owed money by other businesses. In his years of practice, David has helped many businesses, large and small, remedy wrongs inflicted in the marketplace – enforcing contracts and collecting debts.
In 1999, David joined his wife Pam to create the Rochlin Law Firm, Ltd. He then began focusing his trial and negotiation skills on personal injury cases in addition to business cases. Currently, David devotes most of his time to representing people injured because of another person’s negligence. These cases include car accident, slip and fall accident, and dog bite injuries. He is committed to improving the lives of his injured clients and making sure they are treated fairly by insurance companies. In other words, making sure people receive the injury compensation they are entitled to.
David Rochlin is a member of the Minnesota Association for Justice, Minnesota State Bar Association and Hennepin County Bar Association. He has served on the board of the Minnesota Bar Association Solo & Small Firm section, and has also served on the board of Shir Tikva synagogue.

David answers his own phone. The direct number to his desk is 952-836-2729. He is always accessible to clients and potential clients. In other words, you do not have to go through an assistant to talk to him. If he is not immediately available, he will call you back promptly. He will answer questions on the phone, by email, or in person. David will meet you at our office or come to your home anywhere in Minnesota.
