PAMELA F. ROCHLIN
Practicing law in Minnesota since 1991, Pam Rochlin is a personal injury lawyer who is deeply committed to helping injured victims and their families. Pam is originally from Thief River Falls, Minnesota and has a small town sensibility and work ethic. She is one of very few MN women attorneys who exclusively represent accident injury victims.
As a lawyer, Pam has worked hard to maximize recovery for hundreds of people through settlement and trial. Pam’s cases primarily involve situations where someone has been injured in a car accident, slip and fall injury, dog bite/attack, or by a defective product. She provides personal and caring attention to help the injury victim and their family to get through a difficult time in their lives. If you have been injured in a truck accident or if a family member has been killed in an accident, our MN lawyers can help you. We also represent people injured by defective products or by machines or equipment at work.
Pam was a partner at Meshbesher & Spence, Ltd. until 1999, when she left to join her husband, attorney David Rochlin, in creating the Rochlin Law Firm, Ltd. In doing so, Pam was able to take the experience of a larger firm and combine it with her desire to provide true personal attention to all of her clients.
Pam has been selected as a “Super Lawyer” by the Minnesota Journal of Law & Politics and Minnesota Business Monthly for the last 18 years, and early in her career was named a “Rising Star” by the same publications. She has also been recognized as one of the top women personal injury lawyers in the state of Minnesota.
Pam was the 2014 – 2015 president of the Minnesota Women Lawyers Association, formerly served on the Minnesota Association for Justice Board of Governors and is the former president of the Minnesota Consumer Alliance. More recently, she was appointment president of the Minnesota Women Lawyers Foundation, which is an umbrella organization that raised money for the MN Women Lawyers organization, as well as causes the organization supports. She is also a member of the American Association for Justice, Minnesota State Bar Association and Hennepin County Bar Association. In addition, Pam regularly mentors new women lawyers in MN and women still in law school, and she is often asked to speak at continuing education classes for other personal injury lawyers. As a woman attorney with experience at both a large and small firm, Pam takes pride in sharing her experience, encouraging, and providing some guidance for newer women lawyers.
Pam is also a past board member of Give Us Wings, a non-profit organization that works directly with adults and children in Kenya and Uganda by funding and facilitating community projects (such as water projects), providing financial assistance and training for economic self-sufficiency, and developing ways of meeting the medical and educational needs of adults and children in Africa (which have included the creation of a clinic and scholarships for students). Although she recently left the board of Give Us Wings, she is still a supporter of that great organization.
Pam is a speaker, and periodically writes for Minnesota Association for Justice publications, offering practice tips to other personal injury lawyers. Pam is available to meet personal injury clients at our offices in Edina, Minneapolis, St. Louis Park, and Woodbury. Pam also meets with injured people at hospitals, or their homes in St. Paul, Chanhassen, Chaska, Richfield, Bloomington, Brooklyn Center, Brooklyn Park, Maple Grove, and other cities throughout Minnesota.
