According to the Minnesota State Patrol, a driver and two passengers were in a GMC Yukon hauling a boat on a trailer. They were headed southbound on Interstate 35E when a man driving a Toyota Celica exited from Cliff Road going the wrong way. Unfortunately, the wrong-way driver collided head on with the Yukon.
